What if I am not happy with my furniture?

If you’re not happy with the quality of your furniture, please let us know within seven days of receiving the furniture and we promise to replace your rental furniture with another piece till you are satisfied.

Can I add or remove furniture to my existing rental?

Yes, its very easy. You can log into your account and rent an additional package or piece of furniture to add on.
However, you can not remove any furniture for the only the first six months. If you choose to we will still have to bill you for that period.

Are there are any discounts if I pay my rent upfront?

Yes, you can avail a 5% discount if you pay your rental for the lease upfront and not monthly.

When is my rent due?

The rent is due on the 5th of every month.
If it is your first month, you only have to pay rent for the rest of the month, not the whole month.

I accidentally damaged some of the furniture. What should I do?

Don’t worry. We understand that normal wear and tear happens with use of furniture. However, if the damage is significant, we will replace your piece with a new one fir the duration of your contract. We will however need to charge you for the repair of that product at actuals.

What happens when my lease ends or if I decide to end my contract early.

Its simple. We call you two weeks before the end of your lease or your date of completion to ask you if you would like to renew your contract. If not, we schedule a pick up at your convenience.

It all sounds great. How much does it cost?

We have different subscription prices for room packages/ furniture sets or individual pieces of furniture.
In addition, to the monthly rental you have to pay a small security deposit for the term of your contract.
